As part our continued development of the mystery shopping experience we have invested in the Prophet reporting system.
No matter how good our shopping reports are, if they are not prepared and acted on immediately, then time and money are wasted. JKS mystery shopping has now instigated the exclusive prophet system into our reporting.
So what is prophet?
Prophet not only allows the shopper to submit their reports online, but it also alerts the client as soon as the information is ready. It can automatically email them with unusual scores, when some questions receive particular answers or even when certain keywords appear in the shopper report.
Clients are given unique log-ins in order to access the programme and access their information.
It is constantly being updated with new functions in order to make it the most powerful and reliable piece of software of its kind.
Amongst the many features offered by Prophet are
Customised reporting and graphs - it will summarise any set of results on any given criteria and will show totalling, counting and averaging on virtually any set of details. This enables users to create and view graphs whilst logged into their report pages.

This makes scoring highly flexible and complex scoring such as calculative and dependency scoring become much easier.
