Sharon is a committed, adaptable and reliable professional with extensive senior management experience across a broad range of business functions delivering high quality customer services. 
Understanding that in these difficult financial times the effective and efficient delivery of services to the customer is paramount, Sharon will be working with local authorities to improve their customer service ethos and reputation. By promoting ‘taking responsibility for your customer’ she will help to reduce the costs of providing services and improve delivery times.

Karl Baum

Karl.jpgWe are pleased to announce Karl Baum has joined the JKS Team and he will lead the Automotive Sector for JKS. Karl is an accomplished and qualified training consultant and coach with many years of experience in the Automotive Industry working with premier brands. Karl brings a new dimension to JKS with a wealth of knowledge from working with manufacturers and dealer groups both in the UK and worldwide.

Understanding the brand is the first challenge but the real challenge is enabling all of your sales and aftersales teams to translate the brand values into an excellent customer experience for each customer contact. Karl understands these challenges and will be working with manufacturers and dealers to help make the challenge of excellent customer service become a day to day reality.

Liz Tucker is an innovative and enthusiastic customer relationship management specialist, who has operated at the most senior level for many years. She has over 30 years experience of working with organisations; helping them to achieve their business goals and develop profitable long term relationships with their customers through customer service excellence.

Liz won the accolade of Chartered Institute of Housing trainer of the year in 2007, has practical workplace experience and a proven track record of providing customer service solutions within the housing sector. On behalf of Chartered Institute of Housing Liz has even trained the Army in Germany and Cyprus in the art of delivering customer service excellence.
