Welcome to the new JKS Mystery shopping website and “TIC direct” which is dedicated to our TIC clients.
We hope you will find this site easy to use and we are pleased to advise you that JKS Mystery Shopping will be conducting the ‘TIC Direct mystery shopping package, which is now in it’s third year.
This year all the surveys carried out by us will be available to view online, together with a performance table of all sites which register for this survey.

All surveys will take place between April–June 2007 and reports will be available at the beginning of July 2007 before the National TIC Surveys in August.

Each survey comes with a comprehensive surveyor report and recommendations.
Where you have previously had a mystery shop by JKS there will be a comparison against your last survey.
Trained Mystery Shoppers will ask relevant questions, monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of your response and level of customer care offered.

Bespoke Package Surveys
Apart from the TIC direct offer, JKS Mystery shopping are also able to undertake bespoke mystery shops and can quote for any combination of survey programme for your location. All surveys and scenarios are pre agreed with you and are all individual surveys. In order to give you an idea of the costs involved, the following is a break down of prices for individual surveys with basic reports.
