JKS have a team of over 12,000 shoppers throughout the UK.  Good mystery shoppers need to be over 18 years of age. They should be diligent, communicative, have a good memory, pay close attention to detail and be able to write objective reports with an excellent standard of English. They should be flexible and able to adhere to strict deadlines. As much of our reporting is done online, they should also be computer literate and have full access to the internet and email.

JKS currently have mystery shoppers on their database that are situated in all parts of the UK. Whether you live in the Outer Hebrides or the centre of London, you should still apply. Some surveys are internet and telephone based so are not area specific. As long as you have access to the internet and a telephone we can use you. Specific areas that we are keen to recruit shoppers with an immediate need are north London, Torquay and Cumbria.

Become a JKS Video Mystery Shopper

JKS have a highly experienced team of video shoppers.  You will need to be experienced in this field and have your own digital covert equipment.

JKS mystery shopping and training Ltd along with our business associates work with over 800 experienced actors in the UK, all of whom are auditioned and undergo further in-house training and development.  We demand a high level of professionalism from our actors.  During the period of any assignment, actors are contractually bound to comply with clauses covering confidentiality, control, feedback, absenteeism and complaints procedures, all of which are stringently monitored in conjunction with our clients.  

We rigorously assess our actors to ensure they meet with our high standards of professionalism and integrity.
