Video Mystery Shopping


A visit is made to your outlet by one of our experienced video assessors. They use the latest recording techniques and equipment to film your staff in everyday situations. 

The results are fed back to our clients in a variety of formats. Some clients like to view the footage on a DVD, and others prefer to log in to our secure website and view the video through our new video streaming facility. All video surveys have the option of an accompanying detailed written individual and summary report.

They can be used as valuable coaching and training tools and JKS can make DVD induction, best practice and training videos for you using the footage taken. We can edit videos and put clips into your training presentations for maximum impact, using your company logos if required. 
 
We can also pass the footage on to our trained actors who will assess staff and customer’s attitudes, behaviours and body language, and write high impact, innovative and effective role play and forum theatre training based on the evidence gained. 
 
All our video surveys are quality checked. We look for excellent picture and sound quality, picture framing, adherence to shopper briefs and reporting. If we are not happy with the quality, we will redo the assignment at no extra charge to the client. 
 
There are legal and ethical issues surrounding video mystery shopping that you should be aware of and we are always happy to advise any prospective clients. This includes informing staff that you are going to be conducting video shopping as part of a structured review and training process.
